Healthcare professionals registering with Techecy Staffing agree to:

• Accuracy of Credentials: Provide truthful, accurate, and complete details regarding qualifications, work history, references, and professional registration status.
• Continuous Compliance: Maintain active registration on the DBS Update Service, report any police cautions/convictions immediately, and keep NMC/GMC/HCPC registrations in good standing.
• Shift Commitment & Punctuality: Honor all confirmed shift bookings, arrive promptly in suitable professional attire, and adhere to host facility policies and CQC standards.
• Duty of Care & Patient Safety: Perform duties with utmost clinical competence, care, and professional ethics at all times.
• Notification of Changes: Promptly inform us of any change in health status affecting fitness to work, visa status, or contact details.

Healthcare providers engaging workers through Techecy Staffing agree to:

• Safe Working Environment: Maintain safe working conditions complying with UK Health and Safety at Work legislation and CQC guidelines.
• Orientation & Induction: Provide local site induction, health & safety briefings, and emergency procedure reviews to agency staff upon shift commencement.
• Timesheet Approval: Verify and sign candidate timesheets accurately upon shift completion. Signed timesheets constitute confirmation of satisfactory service.
• Payment Terms: Settle all staffing invoices strictly within agreed credit terms (standard 30 days unless specified otherwise). Late payments may incur statutory interest under UK law.

All content on techecystaffing.co.uk—including text, graphics, logos, images, software code, trade names, and trademarks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Techecy Solutions Ltd or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal recruitment or staffing procurement purposes only. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of site content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
